Heart to Home Shelter Outreach and Housing Stability

Heart to Home Shelter Outreach and Housing Stability program has a mandate to provide emergency shelter for those individuals in need of cold weather supports.  In addition to emergency shelter, Heart to Home also provides wrap around supports that are provided by trained professionals including trauma informed care, substance use, and mental health supports.
